Wanami Hose Co./Police Station ( June 2015 )

In May of 2015 DeadLine Paranormal was contacted by employees of the fire station/police dept. Stan and John about possible paranormal activity at the Wanami Hose Co. John and Stan described hearing footsteps, seeing shadows figures and one occurrence of witnessing the stationary security camera in the police dept forcefully drop or slam from the horizontal position to a vertical downward position while they were typing reports. John ascended the latter and found that the fasteners holding the camera in place were tight and unable to move without the help of a tool.  

 

The old historic building has three floors, the basement which has an outdated and non functioning bar at one time use to hold parties and political gatherings for the people of Newport Twp. The basement also contains the holding jail cell for the police dept. It was explained that the police use to use the concrete steps on the outside of the building that descended into the basement when they had someone in custody. The basement is now used mainly for storage. The first floor contains the fire dept. This part of the building has two fire trucks an office and a lounge area. To get to the third floor you have to exit the fire dept. Through the grey steel door and enter the old corridor that contains an old steam radiator used for heat and ascend the old wooden steps. As you reach the top of the steps to the left is a council meeting room equipped with a pool table, storage cabinets and a desk at the front of the room. The police dept is beyond the council room and to the left of the Co-Ed bathroom. Upon entering the police dept. You enter the Chief’s office. If you then turned right you would enter the officers’ room which contains desks, filing cabinets and the camera said to have been forcefully manipulated by an unknown force.

 

05/31/15 at approximately 19:00 hours Deadline Paranormal began their internal investigation of the Wanami Hose Co. Members in attendance were Jim, Tony, Chris, Adam and Jeff (psychic).  The team decided to start in the Basement then to the Police Dept. While in the basement upon approaching the old holding jail cell, Jeff froze and explained that he is picking up on a distressed spirit of a young man. Jeff explained that this young man is scared and is afraid of the police. Jeff continued picking up this young man as he entered the old jail cell.  Jeff continued to communicate with this spirit. This had lasted approximately 15 to 20 minutes before Jeff exited the jail cell and stated that the spirit needed a little coaxing to move onward and he is now gone.  We then proceeded to the back room of the basement which was quite small my best estimation is about 10x10 feet. Jeff immediately picked up on a woman spirit who loved to party. She loved to drink alcohol and flirt and dance with the men in attendance. Jeff feels this occurred before the 1950’s. After approximately 5 to 7 minutes after Jeff picked up on this woman spirit the whole area had a strong odor of perfume. The smell would come and go through the rest of the night.

 

Deadline Paranormal then proceeded to the third floor council meeting room. Jeff continued to communicate with this woman spirit who attached herself to Jeff.  While in the Council Meeting Room the KII meters seemed to respond to us asking questions. Jeff feels that it is the woman spirit answering our questions and throughout this session the odor of perfume would fluctuate. Jeff kept repeating that the female spirit wanted to dance with us all.  The smell of perfume seemed to oscillate around the room. During this same session Jeff picked up on a angry spirit that he was seeing as a boss, a man in charge. It appeared to Jeff that this spirit was a possibly a fire chief a long at one point in time. Jeff feels that this angry spirit died in an accident on the way to a fire call.

 

 We continued with our K-II session and while Adam was holding the k-II meter it began to activate. Adam then placed the K-II meter on a table and started asking for the spirit to activate the lights on the meter. We were all surprised when it responded to our questions. We then placed two K-II meters nose to nose and had asked the spirit to activate both K-II meters.  The spirit did so and responded to several questions when asked to activate the lights on the meter. We had also asked for the spirit to make all the lights on the meter activate and it did so upon asking. We then wanted to test this spirit with something more physical so Jim placed a bottle cap on the table and asked the spirit repeatedly to move the bottle cap. This experiment did not produce positive results. Our investigation concluded after we had a brief session in the Police Dept. Jeff did not pick up on anything within the walls of the Police Dept nor did our scientific equipment. No photographic images, Video or sound captured of interest.
